The enclosed film shows the production of an Iraqi sweet similar to maamoul. The film shows the production in two forms, round and tubular.

Production Capacity
Most shops are satisfied with this machine as it can produce about 50 pieces per minute depending on the product. This production rate is more than adequate for a retail operation and the price is very attractive. Using the same technology, we are able to produce larger machines for an industrial scale operation, with a larger output. For such machines, we prefer to sit with the clients to assess their requirements in order to provide the production system that best fits their needs. The client may select whether he requires a high output with a larger machine or a series of machines that would provide flexibility related to cyclical demand or product variety. With two machines, the client may produce maamoul with white crust on one machine and maamoul with dark crust(bran) on anther machine. As mentioned, the attractive price of the machine makes the second alternative a viable option in many cases.
